On the Air: How Pet Partners Helps Our Animals Find Homes

For years, Tails of Hope has partnered with Pet Partners on PEGTV to help our adoptable animals find their forever homes. PEGTV is Rutland’s nonprofit community television station, reaching about 20,000 homes across the Rutland region. From Brandon to Poultney to Killington and beyond, through local cable channels, streaming, and YouTube, Pet Partners reaches our community. Each week, host Stephanie Wilson invites our shelter director, Amelia Gardner, onto the show to introduce viewers to pets looking for homes and talk about what’s happening at the shelter. It’s a simple idea that makes a big difference: more eyes on our animals means more happy tails. We’re so grateful to Stephanie for hosting this long-running program with such heart, and to Andrew Wilson for the video footage that brings every episode to life. Their dedication to our community’s animals, week after week, is a gift we don’t take for granted.
