Tails of Hope is dedicated to advocating for and working toward a responsible and humane community.
We provide shelter and adoption opportunities for pets that are homeless and promote animal welfare through community programs that benefit both animals and people.
About Us
Tails of Hope is Rutland County’s safe harbor for animals in need. We take in those who have been lost and provide shelter, veterinary care, nutrition, and daily love while we work to match each animal with the family they were meant to find. Whether they are awaiting court results, lost, or simply awaiting their foreverhome. From the moment an animal arrives our team is in their corner, every single day.
Shelter is at the heart of everything we do. Each day we open our doors to animals in need, giving them food, medical care, and the love they deserve while we search for their perfect match. When you support Tails of Hope, you’re giving animals in Rutland County a second chance at life. Every life matters. And every animal deserves a happy ending.
