Jessica is our Director of Operations and has been with RCHS since July, 2003. Jessica is responsible for all shelter operations and programs and for the development of community based programs that will advance the mission of RCHS and for community matters pertaining to animal welfare, and municipal animal care and control. Sue is our Adoption Center Coordinator in the shelter and has been with us since June, 2006. Sue is responsible for providing RCHS callers and visitors with an initial point-of-contact and for facilitating the administrative work associated with the operation of the animal shelter.
